Please fill out the form below completely to request registration for the South Florida Investment Forum. All attendee admissions are subject to approval by WSR. A SFIF representative will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your participation after you submit this registration request form. Cost to present: $5000 per location ($12,000 for three locations, discounted, and includes WSR profile if signed up for multiple locations). There is no charge to attend if you are an accredited or professional investor and are approved, otherwise there will be a charge of $250.00 to attend, payable at the door by check or cash.
